✨ unhinged ✨ automations
Doomscrolling shame
This one takes a pic of you if you doomscroll too long and texts it to someone (if ur really unhinged you’d set it to text to ur crush).
Cleaning room timelapse
Every time you open a social media app, your camera will open and timelapse will start so you HAVE to clean your room (and watch the satisfying timelapse after).
Content creation recording
Every day at a time of your choosing, your camera will open and start recording. So you’re forced to film/create content.
Personal automations
Poo time
Starts tracking your poop (opens tracking app).
Monthly photo recap
Auto-adds favourited photos of the month into a folder called “2025 favs”
Vibe check
Asks you for a daily reflection (voice to text) and vibe checks you at the end of the week. Some manual work and copy pasting is required.
Monthly milestones
Every month at a specific time, it opens up the monthly reflections (which I teach in my life tracking course).
Productivity automations
Sleep time
Starts nighttime routine. For me it’s set alarms, track sleep in my time tracking, and turn on sleep mode.
Habit time
Opens your habit tracking app.
Journal time
Opens your journaling apps. For me it also starts tracking “journal” in my time tracking.
Health automations
Gym time
When I go near my gym, it’ll ask me to confirm if I wanna go to the gym. Then it’ll open my gym apps and start tracking gym in my time tracking app.
Colour filter
Sets my phone screen to be red after sundown.
Drink water
Sets alarms to remind me to drink water + track my water intake.
Safety automations
Drive
Sets time tracking to drive time + puts phone on do not disturb mode.
Lost
Records audio, front and back camera, location, etc. and texts it to trusted contacts. Locks phone and turns on low battery mode.
Pulled over
Starts recording and texts location to a trusted contact.
